Am I Eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan?

Graduate Assistants/Teaching Assistants/Research Assistants

To enroll for GA Summer Coverage, refer to the link provided in the email from AHP!

Graduate Assistants/TA/RA are automatically enrolled in coverage.

New Hires - Add Dependents by clicking here - must be done within 14 days of hire date.

You will be required to attach documentation of your new hire status.

The Summer 21-22 waiver deadline ended 06/03/2022. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.

Claims

If you seek care from a network provider, this provider will submit claims for you on your behalf. If the Provider does not file the claim for you, then you can file the claim by submitting an Anthem Claim Form along with an itemized bill and proof of payment (if you paid for the service) directly to Anthem Student Health.

Always retain copies for your records.

Am I Eligible For Continuation Insurance?

Continuation of Coverage is only available to Insured Students and covered Dependents who have graduated or are no longer eligible for coverage under the Baylor University Student Health Insurance Plan. Covered students must have been insured for at least six (6) continuous months before coverage terminated under the Prior and/or Current Plan.
